Landscape Consultants (Account Managers) play a key role in the success of our business. We are looking to add valuable LCs to our team, send us your resume! Operations- Walk and inspect job sites with Operations Manager and crew. Set the expectations and monitor the performance on job site. Customer Service- Be proactive. Routinely check job sites, take pictures to show property managers, and resolve problems quickly. Always deliver what you promise. Sales- Enhancements, renewing contracts, work on budgets, help resolve any past due invoicing. You will be assigned a portfolio of commercial clients/properties to develop your relationships with, suggest improvements, and retain. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the horticultural and or landscape industry, in the same or similar role. We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-driven and motivated. Position requiring a desire to work outdoors, knowledge of tree I.D., pest and diseases, as well as practical experience in tree spraying, fertilization and IPM. Position will require applying control measures and fertilization applications to trees and shrubs on an independent basis to upscale private and large corporate properties. Spray operator licensing desired. CDL and/or Arborist Certification a plus. Climbs large trees to perform and manage all aspects of pruning, trimming and removals. May also be required to prune shrubs and small trees. Must demonstrate superior abilities in all aspects of the job. Must be capable of working without supervision and managing jobs from start to finish. Supervise both small and large crew sizes. Extensive experience required. Must speak some English and have a valid driver’s license. This position requires a minimum of three years of field experience and a thorough understanding of tree trimming and removal techniques. Certified Arborists LMC is seeking qualified Certified Arborists with BS degrees in forestry, urban forestry, or related fields of study. This position requires someone with good people skills, and the ability to communicate both in English and Spanish. The primary goal is to oversee the maintenance of properties from start to finish. Has to have a good knowledge of maintenance equipment operation, and care of landscape shrubs and turf. Must take pride in a job well done as we work on some of the most beautiful landscapes in Houston. Field Manager Supervises maintenance crews and corresponding commercial properties. Reports to the Branch Manager regarding scheduling; production, safety, capital assets, fleet management. Assists the Branch Manager with estimating new business. Assists with training and coaching crew members as well as conduct performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
