Office Assistant
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a casual receptionist for our rehab department. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience with reception, clerical duties, or cash register preferred.
- CPR for Healthcare Providers.
- First Aid certification required.
- Must have good critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Performs various administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the physical therapy & Rehabilitation clinic.
- Primarily performs clerical and reception duties, office management, scheduling, and insurance authorizations.
- Functions as the key communications source and requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.
