Client Service Associate - Houston Area
A boutique wealth management firm located in Houston is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services. This position is 20% administrative and 80% client service related. Job duties include:
- Sitting at the front desk and greeting visitors
- Calendaring and scheduling
- Setting up conference rooms
- Servicing client accounts- opening up new client accounts, setting up ACH transfers, and managing forms on client accounts
