What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements.
• Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Diagnose issues through inspection, testing, and use of blueprints and repair manuals.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Order parts, track expenses, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and document all activities.

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and facility repair to ensure safety and functionality.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and repairs, utilizing hand and power tools effectively.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair various facility equipment including plumbing, carpentry, and material handling systems.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade. Valid Driver's License. Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
