Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio K-12 Intervention Specialist License
• Previous experience working with K-8 student populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptable, patient, and passionate about supporting diverse learners
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet each student’s unique needs in a K-8 environment
• Develop, implement, and track student progress through IEPs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
