Family Medicine Faculty Physician

Full-time Family Medicine Faculty role blending 70% clinical practice with 30% resident teaching, mentorship, and administration.

Schedule & Volume

• Mon–Fri; 8:00AM–5:00PM
• Average 16–22 patients per day
• Advise and guide family medicine residents, supervise 2 to 4 residents per session (3 to 6 patients per half-day)
• Backup call coverage only once every 2 to 3 months
• Participate in inpatient services or inpatient obstetrics (operative OB optional)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $334,000 (dependent on experience) + RVU production
• Qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
