What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from first handshake to delivery and post-sale follow-up
• Use your experience to read customers, handle objections, and close efficiently
• Build and grow a referral and repeat customer pipeline that pays dividends for years
• Work internet leads and inbound inquiries fast and professionally
• Collaborate with F&I and management to structure deals that work for everyone
• Represent the Germain name with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first approach

What You Bring

• Proven automotive sales experience you know the process, the CRM, and the paperwork
• A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets, consistently
• Strong closing instincts and the confidence to ask for the business
• Relationship skills that keep customers coming back and sending referrals
• A competitive, coachable mindset you're good and you know there's still more to learn
• Professional presentation in person, on the phone, and online
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
• Bilingual skills are a bonus not a requirement
