Patient Services Coordinator (Bilingual)

Patient Services Coordinator Job Description Greets patients and visitors to the clinic in a professional manner. Registers and schedules appointments efficiently. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Collects and files patient forms, updating demographics and insurance information. Maintains confidentiality in accordance with state, federal, and HIPAA laws. Critical Information On-site position, standard working hours. Education & Licenses Needed High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of medical office experience required. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
