Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in the assignment state
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in CVOR
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing CVOR cases
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Support cardiovascular surgical teams in pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
• Circulate or scrub on a variety of complex cardiac cases
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize clinical outcomes
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold facility standards
