What You’ll Do Lead and manage property damage appraisals and claims for insured clients. Quarterback commercial and large-loss claims as a Public Adjuster. Handle and refer residential claims deemed candidates for appraisal. Conduct detailed claim analysis, coordinate with experts, and prepare claim documentation. Review insurance policies and provide actionable insights for clients. Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers to ensure fair outcomes.
