About the Role

The Company is seeking an Enterprise RVP of Sales with a focus on Healthcare IT. The successful candidate will be a master of the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new business to closing deals and exceeding sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with a specialized Business Development Representative, a Solution Architect, and Channel Partners to ensure a steady pipeline and the successful execution of sales strategies. The RVP will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders, managing the customer procurement process, and representing the company at trade shows with the utmost professionalism. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, with a specific emphasis on enterprise selling of complex solutions within the healthcare sector. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in previous sales roles, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in collaborating with product, development, technical, and customer service staff is also essential. The role demands the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and a strong proficiency in using Salesforce for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
