Auto Appraisal Quality Control Supervisor - Rockford, IL RAC Adjustments, Inc. We are currently recruiting a high-quality individual to join our team in the Rockford IL area for the position of Auto Appraisal Quality Control Supervisor. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' vehicle estimating experience, agricultural and specialty equipment preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to occasionally work during non-standard business hours Strong organizational and clear communication skills Represent RAC in a positive, professional manner at all times Ability to manage your own workload and schedule 5 years vehicle estimating experience; agricultural and specialty equipment preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately assess physical damage to vehicles and promptly produce written report Use of software programs such as CCC, JD Power, FileTrac and MS office suite required Review estimates written by insurance material damage appraisers and provide guidance for revisions Provide effective customer service Provide effective feedback to insurance material damage appraisers for their career growth Full time in Rockford, IL home office preferred. Remote an option for the right candidate and experience level SALARY RANGE $40-$50/hour, full time position. Overtime is possible when busy.
