Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about the law, and is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This role is specifically focused on Auto Accident cases, therefore, prior experience in this field is imperative. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Litigation Attorney with our firm, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Managing a caseload of complex auto accident cases from inception through resolution. 2. Conducting extensive legal research to build strong and compelling cases. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. 4. Representing our clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals. 5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to strategize and develop effective legal solutions. 6. Maintaining open and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and answering their questions. 7. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in auto accident law and using this knowledge to benefit our clients and strengthen our legal practice. Qualifications: The successful candidate for our Permanent Litigation Attorney position will possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 1 years of experience as a litigation attorney 4. Exceptional litigation skills, including experience with trials, depositions, and motion practice. 5. Strong legal research and writing skills. 6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes amicably and favorably for our clients. 7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. 8. A high degree of professional ethics and integrity. 9. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. 10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
