LEASING AGENT

About the Role: Equity Property Partners is seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our communities — connecting prospective residents with their next home. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment and brings hands‑on leasing experience at Class C properties. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner Process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and verify eligibility Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local and state regulations Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and occupancy using property management software Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support lease renewals Requirements: 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong HCVP skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license a plus Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed About Us: Equity Property Partners a boutique property management company is a trusted name in Atlanta's real estate market, dedicated to providing quality residential and commercial properties that communities are proud to call home.
