Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, administrative, finance, government, and executive-level positions.
\n
• Source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place high-caliber candidates using advanced recruiting strategies and technology.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their trusted staffing partner.
\n
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while actively developing new client relationships.
\n
• Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, organizational culture, and hiring priorities.
\n
• Create recruiting strategies that consistently deliver quality candidates in competitive markets.
\n
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
\n
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT or a related field.
\n
• Minimum 3+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
\n
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, professional, and corporate positions.
\n
• Strong experience with client development, account management, and relationship building.
\n
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and grow existing client partnerships.
\n
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through web-based recruiting portals, networking, referrals, and advanced search techniques.
\n
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
\n
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
