ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Palm Springs, CA area. Responsibilities Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products and technologies. Resolve client problems by identifying solutions from a broad perspective. Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize day, multitask, change direction, and provide prompt follow‑up, aiming to exceed client expectations. Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced consultants and specialists. Required Qualifications Must be located in the Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Riverside, Chino or Corona, Indio, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, La Quinta, CA area or surrounding areas; hybrid work model. At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems‑related organization. At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven ability to produce positive results. A college degree is not required; equivalent experience or military experience is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications HR Certification or willingness to pursue one within the first year.
