About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury activities. This executive role also involves ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls, providing strategic financial analysis, and mentoring the accounting and finance team to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. The Vice President of Finance will partner with senior leadership on various strategic initiatives, including capital planning, banking relationships, and annual audits. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning, and experience leading accounting teams in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environment. The role demands a proven ability to influence executive decision-making through financial analysis and business insights, as well as advanced ERP and Excel skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
