About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Community Engagement to spearhead the expansion of its impact, partnerships, and enrollment in the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth in various areas, including career link enrollment, revenue, employer partnerships, and student enrollment. This role requires a strategic approach to employer engagement, the development of strong relationships with community organizations, and the ability to lead initiatives that support student recruitment and work-based learning. The Executive Director will also be tasked with monitoring and reporting progress toward established metrics, as well as collaborating with academic and workforce teams to connect community and employer needs with the company's educational solutions. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years' of experience in community engagement, workforce development, business development, economic development, higher education, or a related field. Essential skills include a proven track record in building employer and community partnerships, achieving measurable outcomes, and strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. The role demands a collaborative and results-oriented individual who can work across divisions to meet performance metrics and is committed to the values of diversity, respect, and continuous improvement.
