Responsibilities Overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff Ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance Conducting resident assessments and participating in care plan development Collaborating with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination Supporting infection prevention, risk management, and survey readiness Promoting a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident satisfaction Qualifications Current RN license in New Hampshire Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) Career advancement opportunities Join a team that is committed to providing exceptional care while investing in the success of its employees.
