Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

North Conway, New Hampshire Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide mobile clinical research services at participants’ homes, collaborating with site staff as needed. You will deliver patient care in compliance with federal, state, and GCP regulations and support study protocol implementation. Responsibilities Provide nursing services to study participants at home. Apply clinical and research nursing practices to resolve complex issues. Collaborate with Lead and Per‑Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support. Contribute to operational development of Science 37’s nursing service delivery. Act as subject‑matter expert on all nursing processes. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Current RN license in your home state; eligibility for Compact licensing. Minimum 2 + years of clinical or research nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred. Positive representation of the company in patient homes or clinics. Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and perform nursing tasks. Availability: minimum 1–2 days per week dedicated to study visits; weekday/night availability required. Up to 100 % travel for study visits and team meetings. Ability to obtain nursing licenses in multiple states as needed. Compensation Hourly rate: $50–$55, plus discretionary bonuses and commissions. Final pay will reflect qualifications and experience.
