Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate and verify test results for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain the calibration and functionality of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for laboratory analysis as necessary.
• Keep accurate documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and maintain the highest quality standards in the laboratory setting.
• Ensure a tidy and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's program in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain continuous certification throughout your career.
