Description – What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—strictly adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and accurately prepare samples as necessary for testing.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff members or students, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment, fully compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health education along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your employment.
