Description Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morein line with established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out servicing and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, train newcomers or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Construction and maintenance of current certification throughout tenure.
