Position: Billing Clerk
Role: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $18 hr
Location: Seguin, TX - Fully onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry of billing and shipping information.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Enter and verify billing information in the appropriate systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel, including 10-Key and VLOOKUPs, to enter, track, and validate information.
- Research missing or incorrect information and follow up with internal teams as needed.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing or documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and meet daily processing deadlines.
- Assist with additional billing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with 10-Key.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
