Title Clerk ( Accounting Clerk )
We're seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk with strong experience in out-of-state title processing, cash handling, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process title acquisitions from original owners
- Handle lien payoffs
- Complete title transfers
- Ensure accurate titling and registration
- Maintain inventory records in internal systems
- Handle cash collected
- Reconcile cash against system records
- Support out-of-state title processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
