Location: San Diego, CA Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests with a positive attitude Proactively solve issues by running reports to identify and correct problems before they occur Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place to recover funds Set up and maintain customer account information Ensure various databases are kept up to date with accurate information This is a hybrid position that includes 1-2 days per week in the office Essential Background And Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED); an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Spanish speaking is desired Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Proficient Internet and Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of Zendesk or other customer service software is a plus Compensation And Benefits Base salary depends on experience Annual performance bonus/profit-sharing Medical, dental and vision plan Fuel at cost Paid vacation 401K program with company match Training and advancement opportunities To apply, please email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr
