We pride ourselves on building efficient systems, maintaining strong cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving our processes to support long-term success.Why join us?401(k) with Generous MatchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceGenerous PTO & Paid HolidaysCollaborative Work Environment: Direct exposure to plant leadership and cross-functional teamsHigh-Impact Role: Visibility into full production lifecycle and decision-makingStable Growth: $100M+ revenue company with expanding operationsOnsite Role with Operational Visibility (Mon–Fri flexibility within production hours)Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and maintain the master production schedulePlan machine uptime/downtime including maintenance and cleaningSequence work orders to maximize efficiency and reduce changeoversTranslate production plans into daily and weekly schedulesMonitor production progress in real time and adjust schedules accordinglyMeet regularly with production managers to review output and run ratesEnsure timely preparation and distribution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)Track schedule adherence and drive >95% on-time delivery performanceReport performance metrics and escalate risks to leadershipAlign production schedules with material availabilityMaintain and publish supply chain shortage forecasts (2–3 months ahead)Support new product launch timelines and cross-functional coordinationIdentify bottlenecks and implement corrective scheduling actionsPartner with plant leadership to set and adjust production goalsQualifications (Needed)Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or operationsExperience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or solid dose manufacturing requiredStrong background in manufacturing scheduling and shop-floor coordinationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)ERP experience required (Oracle preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionallyExperience working directly with production teams and leadershipProven ability to track performance metrics and meet deadlinesJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
