The successful candidate will coordinate Board-related functions and serve as the primary point of contact for board members, attorneys, other intra-agency divisions, government officials, and the general public. Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of regulatory boards.
• Knowledge of business procedures, office procedures, and office equipment and its proper usage.
• Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of moderate to complex program and administrative support duties.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate, procure, and obtain necessary equipment, facilities, materials, and services needed to accomplish the board's business operations in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ability to compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct documents.
• Ability to read and apply regulations and statutes.
• Proficiency in the use of computer software applications.
• Effective time management.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and provide accurate information and guidance.
• Ability to research and gather facts, analyze findings, reach logical conclusions, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to independently identify and prioritize problems and make recommendations for improvements. Additional Considerations
