Sales Support Specialist

To support the US Operations team, the full-time Sales Support Specialist will manage customer relationships and process sales orders remotely, ensuring accurate order entry and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Provide timely customer and internal inquiry responses via email and phone, maintaining positive business relationships Process and review customer purchase orders for accuracy, including sales orders and return authorizations Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipment details and resolve any order-related issues Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales administration, order entry, or a related field Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform is preferred Professional knowledge of audio products or exposure to the music industry is a plus
