Sales Support Specialist

Providing essential administrative and operational support, the full-time Intake Operations Support Specialist will ensure timely and accurate processing of patient referrals, manage documentation, and assist with communication within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Receive and accurately enter incoming patient referrals and maintain electronic records Monitor and manage work queues, including fax and electronic referral queues, ensuring efficient workflow Assist Intake Specialists by organizing referral information and documentation needed for benefit verification and authorization Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or healthcare operations Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate electronic records Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules Must be 18 years of age or older
