As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll help new and existing clinic partners start strong, stay connected and receive the service they expect from Gateway.

What You'll Do

• Support the onboarding and integration of new veterinary clinics, creating a strong and consistent first experience with Gateway.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key veterinary accounts by understanding their needs and providing prompt, knowledgeable support.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow through on questions, concerns, service issues and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Operations to resolve service challenges and ensure customer commitments are delivered consistently.
• Monitor account activity to identify retention risks, declining engagement and opportunities to strengthen or expand customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, follow-up and opportunity information in Gateway's CRM platform.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports and turn customer and account data into useful insights for the Sales team.
• Stay informed about Gateway's services, customer needs and competitive activity to help position Gateway as the preferred pet aftercare partner.

Your First Year at Gateway

• Become a trusted resource for new and existing veterinary partners.
• Help create consistent, responsive clinic onboarding experiences.
• Build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations and Care Center teams.
• Develop disciplined CRM, customer follow-up and reporting practices.
• Contribute meaningfully to customer retention, satisfaction and commercial growth.

Is This You?

• 3+ years of account management, customer success, sales support or related B2B experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong consultative, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and disciplined about follow-through.
• Comfortable using CRM technology, customer data and sales reporting.
• Veterinary, healthcare, service, route-based or related industry experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60% as required.

Working Environment

• Travel up to approximately 60% based on customer and business needs.
