- MS Office (mandatory)
- SAP order entry system (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail & multitasking abilities
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience (open to more experienced candidates)
- Customer service experience beneficial
- Sales or supply chain background preferred
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and order fulfillment .
- Partner with account managers, transportation teams, and external customers (retail & distribution) to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track logistics (truck pickups/drop-offs), assist with PO creation, and support new account setup.
- Drive improvements in order fill rate, load efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
- Handle customer concerns, disputes, and claims resolution with professionalism.
- Provide market/customer insights to support strategy and pricing decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for medium-to-large accounts, escalating complex issues as needed.
