JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist in Huntsville, AL . The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team, with a focus on order entry, data management, customer communication, and sales support activities.

Responsibilities of a Sales Support Specialist includes**:**

• Processing customer orders, rush requests, and order updates accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing order status updates.
• Scheduling meetings and sales appointments.
• Maintaining customer accounts and sales tracking information.
• Performing data entry and preparing reports.
• Assisting with order, account, and customer service issues.
• Maintaining organized records and filing systems.
• Communicating unusual issues or concerns to management.

Job Requirements of a Sales Support Specialist:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and computer systems.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Administrative or high-volume office experience is a plus.
• Sales or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
Position Type: Full-time, on-site.
