About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support a busy organization with contract administration, compliance monitoring, and documentation management. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation
• Ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and procedures
• Track contract deadlines, renewals, amendments, and expiration dates
• Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation systems
• Conduct audits and reviews of records to ensure compliance standards are met
• Research and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and documentation issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather required contract and compliance information
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and compliance-related documentation
• Assist with policy updates, process improvements, and special projects
• Support internal and external audit activities as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, contract administration, legal support, administrative support, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contracts, agreements, or regulatory documentation
• Experience supporting compliance audits or documentation reviews
• Familiarity with document management systems or CRM/ERP software
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
