Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Ag Equipment Sales & Service person to lead equipment sales, manage parts and warranty claims, and support service operations. This is a multifaceted role focused on Vermeer, Woods, and Pro Driver equipment lines, ideal for someone with mechanical experience, strong people skills, and a solid understanding of farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage equipment sales and customer accounts
- Build and maintain dealer relationships
- Handle warranty claims and related documentation
- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Communicate equipment features, options, and safety information
- Perform general equipment troubleshooting and basic welding repairs
- Oversee inventory and parts ordering (Vermeer, Woods, Pro Driver)
- Pick up parts/products for inventory or service
- Maintain showroom organization and support online sales updates
- Support additional shop or crew tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in equipment sales and mechanical repair preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities
- Farm knowledge and general tech comfort are a plus
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 100 lbs. and work in variable conditions
- Use of hand and power tools
- Alternate between sitting, standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Occasional travel as needed
