Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch – A 86‑day program that teaches you everything needed to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent attends and closes 3.4 transactions during this time. Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Conduct two open houses monthly. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments – certifications to up‑skill and productivity rhythms each month. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards – Morning Power‑Up for Teams. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls – We constantly improve our skills and treat this as a career. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers. Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Team player Must have a Florida Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one. 100% commission based. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Learning‑based, growth‑mindset. Organized. Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues. Excellent time‑management skills. Industry experience preferred. Compensation $50,000 – $120,000 USD yearly.
