Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Details Job Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218 Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Margo Garden Products is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for assisting with supply chain operations, inventory coordination, logistics, purchasing support, and communication between departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and inventory levels Assist with purchase orders, vendor communication, and shipment tracking Work closely with warehouse, receiving, production, and accounting departments Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and deliveries Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments Help resolve shipping, inventory, and receiving discrepancies Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding delivery timelines Support operational improvements and supply chain efficiency initiatives Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation within company systems Assist management with additional operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with ERP systems or inventory systems is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr
