Role snapshot

Operate both CNC and manual machining equipment to produce parts that meet exact specs.
Translate blueprints, drawings, and schematics into step-by-step machining plans.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot for consistent, optimal output.
Inspect parts thoroughly, confirm tolerances, and fine-tune setups or programs as required.
Partner with teammates to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Maintain a clean, orderly station and adhere to all safety practices.

Must-haves

High school diploma or equivalent (a machining certificate or technical degree is preferred).
Proven background as a machinist or similar precision manufacturing role.
Competence on CNC platforms along with manual lathes and mills.
Working knowledge of machining principles, tooling choices, and material behavior.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints accurately.
Sharp attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
Problem-solving mindset; comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
