No experience needed—just a positive attitude, good communication, and a willingness to learn.Position OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable entry-level Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with basic questions, sales transaction processing, and general support. No prior experience is necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, prompt, and helpful service.Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.Assist with merchandising, pricing, restocking, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift, following proper cash handling procedures.Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including customer seating, restrooms, backroom, walk-in cooler, and gasoline pump area (if applicable).Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management of items that need restocking.Stay knowledgeable about our services to effectively assist customers with inquiries.What We're Looking ForNo prior experience required – training will be providedApplicants must be at least 16 years oldReliable, coachable, and eager to learnComfortable speaking with customers and working on your feetWork EnvironmentWork is primarily performed indoors within a retail convenience store setting.Requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.Some tasks may involve brief exposure to outdoor conditions (e.g., assisting at the gasoline pump area if applicable).Perks and IncentivesEmployee Discounts start right away!Employee Referrals - Earn up to $200 per referral!
