Your responsibilities:

• Customer relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."
• Wildlife services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Service & sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety first: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Physical demands / working environment:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
