Client Relationship Analyst

Job Summary Client Relationship Analysts provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions they build trusted relationships, assist with everyday client needs, and help advisors deliver on their business plan. Responsibilities Support the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships. Execute money movement transactions on behalf of clients and advisors. Answer general non‑investment related account questions, including relaying positions and providing balances. Enter profile information or pre‑fill documentation on client accounts as directed. Educate or enroll clients in digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization. Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required information and documentation. Provide existing clients with details about investment objectives, risk tolerance, etc. Accept or enter unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity. Assist Financial Advisors/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model. Assist with marketing strategy tasks such as website maintenance and research on portfolio holdings. Prepare materials for client meetings using firm‑approved systems. Enter data for new account openings and financial planning tasks. Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms. Participate in firm‑wide initiatives, training, special projects, and other duties directed by local management. Answer inbound/outbound calls for service requests and scheduling. Manage the calendar, coordinate meetings, maintain agendas, and send Zoom credentials. Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursements. Perform general in‑office support functions such as copying, filing, and scanning. Prepare and submit expense reports for processing. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency (College degree preferred). At least two years of experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of financial products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts. Detail‑oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client‑service skills. Strong time‑management skills and the ability to multitask. Team player who collaborates well with others. Adaptable, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. Reports to: Business Service Officer.
