Join a dynamic manufacturing and fabrication team as a Receptionist, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth daily operations. This role is essential to supporting both office and production staff, maintaining efficient workflows, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations to support manufacturing and fabrication activities
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office software and standard administrative tools
- Minimum of 1 year experience
