The Talent Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality front-line team members across assigned communities. This role manages full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company hiring standards. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach and hiring events Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in multi-site, agency, or healthcare/senior living settings Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday recruiting experience strongly preferred Strong high-volume sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to hiring challenges Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage candidates and partner with stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Talent Recruiter – Attract Top Talent and Deliver Exceptional Hiring Experiences Recruiter | Talent Acquisition | Full-Cycle Recruiting | High-Volume Recruiting | Sourcing | ATS | Hiring Pay Range: 64,360.00 - 80,450.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
