Job Details ChristianaCare's Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high‑quality, safe, and evidence‑based patient care. The RN II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and will be a trusted member of the healthcare team. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, the practice partners with physicians, residents and nurse practitioners in an academic setting that values education, research, and continuous learning. Work Schedule Monday through Fridays: 8 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm Cross coverage to Family Medicine at Wilmington when necessary Benefits Comprehensive first‑day coverage: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; no premiums for medical and prescription coverage for caregivers earning under $50,000. 32 days PTO annually, including 7 major holidays, with rollover or cash‑out options. Duties & Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse II , you will provide age‑appropriate, patient‑centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in‑person settings. Key responsibilities include: Conducting wellness visits, care management, point‑of‑care testing, and triage of patients. Collaborating with providers to support examinations, procedures, and clinic operations. Serving as a liaison among patients, providers, and staff to coordinate workflow and manage urgent situations. Supporting staff development through training, mentorship, and quality‑improvement initiatives. Maintaining safety, patient education, and high‑quality care delivery. Education & Experience Graduate of a state‑approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse licensure or eligibility in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey. Two years’ experience as an RN; physician office experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred); Associate Degree in Nursing (acceptable with a BSN completion plan). Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
