Registered Nurse - General Practice - Primary Care

ChristianaCare's Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road - Registered Nurse II ChristianaCare's Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care. The RN II will use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, working independently and collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.
Duties / Responsibilities Provide age‑appropriate, patient‑centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in‑person settings.
Deliver services such as wellness visits, care management, point‑of‑care testing, and triage of patients.
Collaborate with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations.
Serve as liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations.
Support staff development through training, mentorship, and participation in quality and compliance initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement efforts with a focus on safety, patient education, and high‑quality care delivery.
Education Requirements Graduate of a state‑approved or National League of Nursing‑accredited School of Nursing.
Registered Nurse licensure or eligibility in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey (depending on location).
Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse; physician office experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with agreement to complete BSN in 3 years.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Work Schedule Monday through Friday: 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm.
Cross coverage to Family Medicine at Wilmington when necessary.
