We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with the ideal vehicle options based on their preferences and budget.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of inventory levels, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with sales support teams and management to achieve monthly targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual a plus)

• A strong, positive work ethic, and an interest in a long-term position
• You must also have a professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity
• Drug and Backround check required

Pay: $60,000 to $100,000
