Responsibilities
- Build client trust as a skilled and trained product specialist
- As a product specialist you will provide an overview of the features and operations of each new and pre-owned vehicle delivery
- Use your diagnostic and people skills to assist in quick resolutions to technical issues
- Assist in educating your fellow team members in the latest product knowledge
- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Dynamic personality and passion for Automotive
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills and willing to learn
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers, peers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
