Responsibilities

• Build client trust as a skilled and trained product specialist
• As a product specialist you will provide an overview of the features and operations of each new and pre-owned vehicle delivery
• Use your diagnostic and people skills to assist in quick resolutions to technical issues
• Assist in educating your fellow team members in the latest product knowledge
• Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dynamic personality and passion for Automotive
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills and willing to learn
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's.
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers, peers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
