Career Strategies hiring a professional and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician North County San Diego.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities as a Lead Maintenance Technician:

ü To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

ü Assist with the Make Ready schedule

ü Previous PO experience ordering supplies HD supply, Lowes, Fergusons.

ü Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in and QC checklist completed

ü Provide excellent customer service and staff support

Lead Maintenance Technician Requirements:

ü CPO preferred but not required

ü Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance (property management) experience required

ü Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

ü Must be punctual and have good attendance

ü Great customer service

ü Must be organized and possess the skills to prioritize

ü Minimum 2-3 years of Unit Turns and Work Order experience required
