About Our Agency
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in Williamstown, KY. Our office is open until 5:30 everyday and late two nights a week. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of Grant Co High School; Eastern KY University; and Georgetown College. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
