Head of Talent Acquisition - Healthcare Growth

Wider Circle is seeking an accomplished Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting function across all lines of business. You will build a high-performing TA team, set sourcing strategies, and ensure talent standards. This role partners with executives to uphold Wider Circle’s mission in health and community services nationwide, while fostering an excellent candidate experience.
